Choosing Resveratrol Supplements is different than choosing
a multi=vitamin. Resveratrol is an antioxidant and thus is somewhat nullified when it comes in contact with oxygen and/or free radicals.
The first thing you need to avoid when choosing resveratrol supplements is oxygen. If it comes in a tub and you scoop out the powder - avoid it. If it comes in a bottle of "two-part" capsules - avoid it. If it comes in a jar you drink, close and then open again later - avoid it.
The second thing to avoid when choosing resveratrol supplements is labels without blend measurements. If resveratrol is part of a proprietary blend - you may not be getting any at all.
Thirdly, avoid supplements that contain sugars, caffeine or other stimulants. Resveratrol is a natural stimulant. if the company added a caffeine - they're trying to "trick" you into thinking you're getting more natural energy from their product. That's just not the case.
